A Typical Session
The first treatment will involve a detailed medical history being taken which will include questions about your lifestyle and diet. This helps me to understand fully all the client's health concerns and how these are affecting their overall day-to-day life
This is then followed by treatment lasting about 40 minutes which will involve a gentle massage to the reflexes of the feet or hands.
Follow-Up Treatments
Most people benefit from a few sessions of Reflexology. The number of treatments varies form one person to the next but I will give a clear indication of this after the first session.
Costs
£30 per session.
Mobile visits are available and cost from £35 depending on milage.Please ask for more details when you call to book an appointment.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment you must give at least 24 hours notice or a fee may be charged.
Vouchers
Vouchers are available to buy for a one-off treatment or a course of treatments. Why not give someone you love a special treat.
Discounts
Sign up for a course of five treatments for a price of £130.This must be paid on or before the first session.
